Fall on the Farm Part 2
So, I mentioned the painting that needed to be done on the first building in our ‘old west town.’ Here are the results of that. Mind you, I work until 5:30 and then we have supper so I only have probably 2 hours to work on it in the evening before darkness falls and the temp cools off. It doesn’t work so well to paint in real cool temperatures or darkness, therefore, I was only able to accomplish painting two sides of the building.

As you can see, the window in #4 still needs the trim around the outside edge. The small opening above the door in #5 will remain as is. I want it like it is. The tannish colored spot on the wall in #1 needs to be painted. I had to fix a hole there so couldn’t paint it right away. The photos are not the greatest quality. The shadows in some areas make it appear to be holes or whatever, but they are not.
My husband asked me if I was happy with the color. In the photos it looks a little reddish. In person, it looks a little more orange.
The paint can showed something similar to the photo below

So, am I happy with the color?
Well, it is what it is, but I think I am…….
If I’m not completely satisfied with the color, it is a color I can at least live with, lol.
Anywho, see you back here soon!
