Okay, I am not one who typically gets involved in politics, but I this meme on FB today and for some reason, it just struck the wrong chord with me!

In my opinion, this is NOT politics, but in fact, a direct assault on the biblical teachings of a mother and a father.

Here are a few truths about me which may very well piss off any followers or anyone who disagrees with what I believe, but quite frankly, it matters not to me if you disagree or not. Here goes:

• I do not believe that being lesbian, gay, trans, or whatever you want to call yourself is truly how we are born. I believe many of our choices and things we go through result in this behavior. However, with that said, I want to point out that being gay, lesbian, trans, etc is not the sin. The sin lies in acting on such behavior.
• I’ve often heard people with the mindset of ‘it’s all about me’ complain that religious beliefs are being shoved down their throats and that said people shouldn’t be forced to believe in something outside of themselves — you know, your basic liberal way of thinking. Well, sadly, people who follow their religious beliefs have been shunned and treated badly for thousands of years and they still carry on in their beliefs despite how they get treated by society. So, with that said, it’s time to man-up, so to speak, for all the liberals of the world.
• And last, but not least (for this post anyway), I am a mother so I appreciate Mother’s Day. For all you out there that identify as them, they, their….I feel sorry for you as you live in a world in which you are confused about your own identity. Despite what you believe, God does NOT make mistakes and when He gives you a vagina and breasts, you are very much a woman! When He gives you a penis, you are very much a man! Now, maybe you will start using the MIND that He also gave you to recognize the gender you are born with and respect it as well!

FYI, I do not agree in full with the above meme, more precisely, I do not believe lesbians, gays, trans, etc are designated April Fool’s Day, but I do believe in only two genders: Male and Female.

Now, I’m sure there will be hell to pay for this post, so let the good times roll!
