1. Content and Topic Rules

| Relevance | The content must be relevant to the blog’s niche, audience, and overall mission. |
| Originality | The article must be 100% original, unpublished anywhere else (including the guest writer’s own blog), and not submitted simultaneously to other publications. |
| Quality | The content should be insightful, well-researched, and provide genuine value to the reader. Avoid overly promotional or sales-oriented language. |
| Non-Promotion | The body of the article should not directly promote the writer’s business, products, or services. Promotion is reserved only for the Author Bio section. |
2. Technical and Formatting Rules
- Word Count: 800–1,500 words.
- Format: Submissions should be in a simple email format. This will be reformatted as a blog post.
- Headings: Use clear headings and subheadings (H2, H3) to break up the text.
- Links:
- Links to external sources (for data/citations) are encouraged, but they must be from high-authority, non-competitive websites.
- Self-promotional links within the body of the post are not allowed.
- Maximum: Limit the number of external links in the body to 3–5.
3. Images and Multimedia Rules
- Please do not include graphics, images, media. One will be added at the discretion of SuchisMomLife.
4. Post-Submission and Editorial Rules
- Editing Rights: The blog owner reserves the right to edit the content for clarity, grammar, tone, SEO, and adherence to house style.
- Acceptance Guarantee: Submission does not guarantee publication. All posts are subject to final editorial approval.
- Response to Comments: The guest writer should agree to be available for a set period (e.g., the first 48–72 hours) after publication to respond to comments and engage with readers.
- Exclusivity/Syndication: Once published, the guest writer cannot republish or syndicate the post on their own site or any other platform.
👤 The Essential Author Bio Rules
The Author Bio is the only place the guest writer should promote themselves.
- Length: Keep it short (e.g., 2–4 sentences).
- Links: Allow 1–3 links (e.g., to their personal website, social media profile, or a lead magnet).
- Headshot: Require a high-resolution, professional headshot.

- Plagiarized content.
- Overly promotional or affiliate-heavy posts.
- Content that is offensive, illegal, or violates copyright.
- Submission that is clearly generated by an unedited AI tool.
